So much personality in the face/expression, and the attention to detail on the chest armor really paid off, it looks great

Hilariously most of what is marketed as gen ai is just a thing that already existed with new marketing. “Netflix AI will recommend a movie!” It’s always done that. “Nvidia AI will generate new frames!” Congrats you reinvented motion interpolation, a thing people hate
comment in response to post
That is not generative ai. Completely different technology than what’s being discussed, and it’s important to learn the difference because one is ethically sound and useful, while generative ai is a plagarism machine fueled by theft.

The thing is, proper compensation will NEVER happen. It would make the tech too financially impractical to keep existing compared to just hiring people normally. The theft is the entire point. We already had a process for compensating artists for work. This was made explicitly to bypass paying them.

Why would they keep get better when quality sources are getting progressively more diluted with ai slop? “It will get better” is just marketing, they’ve hit a major wall with no more data to steal. The uneducated should learn from the educated instead of assuming chatgpt is “better” then education.

But can I call them all mister mestophalie

Tbf I also haven’t seen it since it first came out, I might be misremembering or might have suppressed the last 10 minutes bc I didn’t like it lol. I just remember thinking the protagonist was clearly framed as destroying herself with her bad priorities / opinions on aging
comment in response to post
Hmm at least my interpretation is that the movie clearly implies that yes, that is the PROTAGONIST’s view, but that’s her fatal flaw and she’s wrong. She finds an older man who calls her beautiful and almost finds a happy life in her natural, older body. But rejects it for vanity.

You know this guy had to wait an extra like 4 minutes for a mocha and decided to get irrationally stupid and angry about it for the next several years

I feel this way too. It’s also nice to just support the artists so they can keep on making cool little guys I enjoy seeing. And I love using them as a creative prompt for a character in my D&D games

These guys bitch about “lack of meritocracy” but their standards are SO DIRT LOW they refer to their own hires as “kids” to try and lessen criticism against them. He’s 25 and he was given access to US treasury files. Just admit the racism was one of Musk’s job requirements.

I can’t find any actual evidence they were turned away “because they were white”. Sounds like they had air traffic controller qualifications but that doesn’t make you a good hire by itself. You can still come off as a terrible employee even if you’re knowledgeable.

He’s plenty dangerous as he is. I think he doesn’t care about hypocrisy, he just knows what he wants and will use force to get it.

Not to mention the lens on that camera looks asymmetrical and weird
comment in response to post
Nah there are more weird elements in the image. The details on the camera, the mushy garbled limbs near the back.

The teeth and horns are SUPER cool, and the face is really distinct looking in general. I also like the fluffy butt :D

Omfg what a good gremlin, love the hair and horns and hands, the design and poses have so much character!!

This composition is so trash, what is even the focal point? The bad tangent at that person’s hand and edge of the beige coat? That goes up into a flag we can’t even see? None of the faces are well presented except in the background for some reason.

It will always look worse than what people can make, and will need so much hands on work to polish / keep consistent it won’t really be more financially practical
comment in response to post
The “meritocracy” crap they love to boast about really falls away when they just prefer basal schoolyard bully behavior.
