I think there should be houdini apprentice that is free, but has a few limitations when it comes to exports.

Yeaa all the assets we used had to be made by ourselves, we werent allowed to use anything from marketspace.

All geometry is fully made procedurally in houdini, I had different systems for the columns, stairs, roof etc.

That's true would have loved to detail it more but with the time limit we had I simply didn't have the time to create more.
