This out-of-control behavior is psychological warfare on our members, and just the level of abuse eBay is willing to deploy in order to bust our union.

Dozens of unidentified guards – without nametags and badges – are following us into bathrooms and patrolling the halls.
One guard told us that they get paid to beat on people.
An eBay exec physically grabbed and harassed a member who was just cleaning out their locker.

Our bargaining committee found out 5 minutes before the rest of the company.
Given that we've been at the bargaining table for over 600 (!) days now, this is completely deplorable. We're not going down without a fight.

Just like the rest of the community, we were made aware of the news this morning -- some of us on the way to the center -- at a meeting that was not required by all staff.

After 500+ days of bargaining, we are finally discussing economics with the company.
It's been over 3 years since members got a raise.
eBay does not provide a living wage.
Our members have been EXCLUDED from enhanced benefits, like screenings and bereavement.
