What is a strawberry phosphate? Phosphates were a kind of soda fountain drink popular before bottling became a thing. Acid Phosphate adds a tart edge like citrus but flavorless so you can add it to dairy, choc. or strawberry. My fav is Horsford from the Extinct Chemical Company. #MusicMan #TCMParty
