It's a word I made up. Ecologists study not just nature but the way things relate to each other in nature. I look at it from a meta pov- spiritually, mentally, emotionally- how does it all connect and thrive?
Does that make sense?

We've been here before. That's less comforting and more discouraging.
I wonder, do you feel less alone in your own hopelessness when I share mine with you?

Here you see a light teal, cropped, flowy tee with "Hey Beloved" across the chest.

I'm a post-Christian Pagan, a meta-ecologist, a kitchen healer, a mother and wife, and I love tea, books, and trees. I'm an artist at heart. I'm autistic and disabled. I'm in my Hobbit era. My friends are anti racist, anti ableist, and anti capitalist people who can think deeply and laugh loudly.

we'll still probably need to raise money to move and replace our things- which we'd need no matter if we moved to California or not.
Now... Thoughts? Am I missing something that could really be a game changer for us?

Keep in mind- we have to move anyway. We have to get rid of most of our things anyway. We need more support than we have now anyway. And we need Lucien to be in a safer state anyway. So not moving is not an option.
Also, we'll be able to use our tax return to help us but ...

We could sell our car and rent a car to drive. But then we need to figure out transportation when we get there.
We could trade in our car and take on a car payment- which we kind of need to do anyway- and then rent a trailer. This seems like the smartest option.

We could rent a trailer for the few things we're taking but we don't know that our van could make it to Cali and we're not sure of the towing capabilities.
We could ship our things for $1500 but then we still need to get the four of us out there.

Oh thank you. I might give up and try audio, but I can't remember what I hear very well and you have such good material. I mark up the books so I can easily review the material. I will look up the long covid tips though. Thanks
