it's worked out well for our group. I do really like the ideas of having a Stress track and managing it as a mechanic. Or specifically for TMC I guess it could be similar to the Reactor Die where you roll it after certain triggers. Getting smaller on misses until you're at a d4 before crashing out.

Been playing a WARHOUND themed game of The Mecha Hack and it's been working out wonderfully for our group. Presence rolls for keeping your head when things get confusing with cross-radio chatter and so on and various bonuses to combat while Off The Leash. A lot of the smut smut is just freeform RP.

yeah, unfortunately the major women in IBO are a political figurehead, an abuse survivor, a secretary, a domestic servant, harem members, a pedophile's under-aged fiance, an easily manipulated blowhard, and an ace pilot who is unable to escape control from all the men in her life. She's my favorite.

I do largely like IBO, but did you miss how those Turbines were all women who only had protection because they were "married" to a man who we're told largely have sexual relations with him. And that arguably their best ace was killed specifically for the negative affect it would have on a man.
