Darker brows would be my first port of call.
Im no expert but I usually use an eyeliner pencil brushed lightly over what I already have to darken them down and fill things out a bit.
I don’t draw them directly on, but I think that may just be me and my hang ups about a Great Aunt

Less cynical/secure Foreigners will see it as a risk and just avoid crossing, which they generally dont need to anyway

UK Labour won by default when their main opponents collapsed, their actual numbers were the worst in a decade. Liberal is also relative, on positions alone they’re what a conservative party “should” be, but the actual Conservatives have gone far enough right to make them seem normal by comparison

Also, PiL and This Heat were putting out incredibly deep fried prog stuff from the beginning! The big shift in metal over the 80’s started when they absorbed ideas from punk! Joy Division made synths accessible and led to, well … the entire 80’s!
