IMO the current best use case for LLMs is composing highly ritualized form letters that are mostly used as class signifiers/barriers to entry by institutions. Cover letters, grant proposals, scholarship applications, etc. You still have to edit, but it churns out about 90% of the bullshit for you

Also she has unfortunately discovered she does NOT like Thai food. She mentioned eating some tom yum soup for one meal and papaya salad at another and finding both to be WAY too much for her tastebuds (her daughter's favorite dish of the trip so far? ...the American fried rice)
