I don’t know, I’m old now but I very distinctly remember young conservative women existing then too. I didn’t really get along with them though so I can’t really speak to their motivations.

What changes would be necessary? I don’t know man, a lot of boys are fucked up.

Generally I would like it if conservative men were less obnoxious about women but wanting something to happen is different from making the societal changes that would make it more likely to happen.

I feel like people like Andrew Tate are always going to have a market to sell toxic masculinity because we’ll never get the number of insecure and confused dudes down to zero, best we can do is not give them air and provide healthy alternatives.

There’s a little more positivity on the left right now which is a problem for the right to solve.

If they’re more comfortable with a specific ideology being involved that’s fine there’s a morally correct way to engage with conservatism and liberalism.

I think kids can just be mean and they generally need guidance from positive role models.

Even if you find another treatment it still has to be cheaper than the vaccines. Even if it is, waiting for an outbreak then treating the individuals won’t to do much to prevent spread. Would the government provide free treatment for measles or would we have to go through privatized healthcare?

I don’t even follow him but I know exactly when he’s said something obnoxious by the rippling effect it has on the timeline. I’d estimate his power levels to be around 5,000

Like we’re all used to it by now after having our brains fried by the Trump brand for 10 years but like if it was anyone else of note in that position doing the same shit we’d all correctly recognize it as insane and troubling.

I’m sorry I was wrong, my bad.

A sane democratic party would look at his republican approval and simply start appealing to their own base instead.

He’s the most republican president to ever president, don’t believe anything different.

The survey found that 83% of Republicans — a relatively low number for Trump — had favorable views of him and his actions, while 35% of independents and 8% of Democrats did.

I used to judge myself for living like a hermit but I’m starting to think it was the correct move.

There’s all these things Americans use and I don’t know what they are because I live in a hole.

It’s a statistically observable xenophobia that dominates our political calculations.

Like it’s not even a conscious alignment, it’s just that conservatives and democrats don’t agree on how best to fix everything but at least half of each agree that keeping people out of the country will improve their lives or safety in some way despite all evidence to the contrary.
comment in response to post
I would argue that this mental alignment amongst conservatives and democrats is the primary reason why everything else sucks.

An administration that has repeatedly shown no qualms with allowing unverified ideologues access to official databases, who keep openly sharing official information through unsecured channels. People who are chummy with white supremacists and militias.

Keep in mind this is the same administration that is working on an official registry of autistic people.
