This is a family tradition and recipe passed down from my Japanese grandmother. It’s inari sushi. It’s sweet and salty and only has rice and deep fried tofu. It’s super easy to make and we’ve always stuffed them with more rice than the traditional way. Our family calls them “rice bags”. #sushi
