My favorite rpg of 2024 and the only JRPG I actually finished in the past... 5 years?? Lol.
Think chrono trigger music & graphics + golden sun dungeon puzzles + super mario RPG timed turn based combat.
The music is incredible tho and we should cover something from it if you play it :D

I absolutely wish there was proper legislation on securing people's rights to permanently own their purchased digital goods, but what we have now is still better than the 90s in terms of our forms of entertainment taking up physical space on the planet. Can't tell you how many VHS movies I've tossed

I had no idea they had a new album! Meteora by them (along with Elephant by White Stripes) were the first 2 physical cds I ever purchased for myself. Haven't listened a ton recently but definitely want to at least check out the new stuff!!

I also gave up on sekiro... on the final boss. 🤣 It never really clicked for me and each fight was a struggle and not super fun, not sure why I couldn't get the hang of the combat.
