lol She's Reina, and she's usually a bit less rendered. I created her back in the mid-aughts, and the feeling of that era is something I've tried to carry on in her design.

I've been having a ton of fun playing around with ink washes. Lets me start soft and build up to sharp definitions, and it gives me a ton of texture to work with when scanned.

Phoebe actually! Though both of their armor follows the same general pattern. The extra bulk is an important scale indicator since the Kairos are so short; the thickness would look less extreme on a regular-sized human.

It might sound odd, but I think it's a fair way to say it. With these kinds of armor I always try, regardless of how much bulk/how many shapes it adds, to design it in a way that's flattering to the wearer's physique.

Nothing too fancy. Mostly Zebra G-nib for character art and Speedball 102 for environments. Tech pen when I need straight-ruled lines. Mix of Copics and Winsor&Newton for the tones.
