Part III: The bonus is that history has provided us with a timely and amazing replacement term that is even better: Elon. So… don’t be an “Elon”. Let’s take back that word and apply it judiciously to all that deserve to be called an “Elon”.

Part I. a quick thought with context. I am GenX and in my early professional days worked with developmently challenged wonderful people. But I will admit that I had liberally used the “r” word to describe people that had “earned” the slur.
