When the market pumps like this for a single day I view it like a single great workout. It’s one of many thousands of workouts that make up a habit of health and fitness. Every day or workout won’t be like this, but you stay consistent and get a little lucky, it all adds up.

My Grandma was born 100 years ago today (12/18) in Sheridan, WY. She’s why I’m patient & caring towards my elders. Dad bought me a car so I could chauffeur her to medical appt’s. I built a successful personal training business out of this. She’s gone, but I still love her.
