In the meantime in Puerto Rico , ICE is taking Americans who don’t carry around their proof of citizenship, holding them, then releasing them if their documents get to ICE. This is all illegal. It’s been pointed out to Noem that she is breaking the law in multiple venues - court, Senate hearings/

They should respond that the Constitution demands that they not stop. It is ICE that should stop. If ICE must arrest people, the Constitution does not ask, it demands, that they do it carefully and humanely. Violence is anti-American. If ICE does not stop, it will get a war, and it will lose.
