It's no worries at all!! I had the inkling it was OnlyPosts and The 'Gram that was hiding my replies cuz I noticed that behavior as well, and even Lists will hide replies by default!
It's no one's fault though, if anything it's my bad but I did it willingly cuz I didn't want to break my thread 😂

Tho I suppose if there's any posts or art that you /don't/ want to get as much attention, replies could be used that way as well.
Regardless, I'll put this to the test when I share my newest art in a batch later where I'll take my own advice -- separate standalone posts, QRP'd in a thread later o)9

Still, the difference was surprising, and for a time I did wonder if I was doing anything "wrong." But it's just the nature of how 'invisble' replies really are on most people's skylines 😂 Lesson learned!
