Gosh yeah pain management is just that, it won't fix the actual problem. Physio exercises are all about strengthening the right muscles in the right places while paying attention to balance and a good physiotherapist will know exactly what will benefit you. Much luck and know I'm cheering you on! 💪

Doctors can be SO weird about spine issues. I have scoliosis & when I was a kid, my doctor told me exercise wont make it any better - after looking at my xray that showed significant improvement after I had been going to physio :) I hope you get a good physiotherapist to help your spine get better!!

Screenless is definitely better for the spine! Scoliosis buddy handshake XD I've enjoyed using both Wacom and Huion tablets and it's better if the _drawing_ area (the whole tablet itself will be bigger) is the size of an A5 minimum. But if you have the desk space, go for at least an A4!
