...and today I got my first rejection. It was an email from the agent who said it wasn't right for him, and wishing me luck. I really appreciate actually hearing back from someone!

My 3rd (1st 2 I put on Amazon ) is too good (according to those who've read it) for Amazon, so I've started the tedious process of sending to an agent, waiting, then re-tooling for the NEXT agent. Rinse and repeat. Good luck. No matter what happens, it's an accomplishment! Sincere congratulations.
