Legitimately forgot how bad hand cramps can get sometimes. I went from a long drawing hiatus to suddenly doing a bunch of it again. Does anyone have any advice? I had to wear wrist braces to bed because my hands were in so much pain ;w; is it about building muscle and tolerance?
