Trans people around the world are losing vital healthcare. There’s a good case to be made that the moral panic behind this injustice began here in Toronto with Jesse Singal’s oft-cited Atlantic story on CAMH. The antagonizing of allies, tariffs on foreign products, and ending immigration make sense when you realize that Trump is an abuser isolating us from the rest of the world. Abusers typically isolate their victims from friends, family, and the outside world. It's this on a societal scale.
