SO much great info. As always, I learned a bunch! Recognizing that specific nest and individual bird in the thumbnail put a big smile on my face. 🤩 That tree cracked right at the nest hole and fell over after the nest was vacated.

Yes, it is a big number.

Well, maybe don’t tell 14 it worked out well for me. šŸ˜‡ I was a weekend program participant, winter term student with decent financial help, weekend program coach, and now a couple decades later a Trustee.

About 30 years ago my parents got a call from the admissions director at CVA wanting to talk about my application. ā€œApplication?ā€ said my parents.

Send it to the legends of tricky photo ID @n8swick.bsky.social and @gregneise.bsky.social 🤪 The banter would be šŸ’Æ. Maybe they will feature it tomorrow! I’ll be watching for it.

Even my home over here in CV which isn’t a starter home, and isn’t for sale, wouldn’t likely be sold to another working family but instead likely sold to be used as a short-term rental.

I sign up for creators I wish to support. It isn't much of a value proposition of money versus service, it is more that they are creators I wish to support. Feeling I'm helping keep the free tier going is good too. I don't need much to feel valued, though a simple comment reply is a nice feeling.

Does Susan Collins know her office is for sale as a "non-core" property? www.gsa.gov/about-us/gsa...

It feels like on last weeks MBW @twit.tv @snell.zone @ihnatko.bsky.social @leolaporte.me may have confused ADP with Lockdown mode. ADP is fairly easy to turn on with (arguably) a few small side effects. Lockdown mode on the other hand has a far greater impact on the user. I run ADP without notice.

I'm reading this now and it is fantastic!

They want to take this data, along with data from all of the other agencies they infiltrate, and dump it into a large all of government AI model. When you consider how much social media companies can derive about you from your photos and posts, just think about how much a AI could derive about you.

Fascinating! Thanks for sharing these! I’m imagining being at bus station where people walk up to you and say ā€œBoston?ā€ This makes me want to know if there is any difference in flight calls of hatch year birds.

I agree. Most AI uses are trash.

I agree with your sentiment. I’ll also point out as someone who lives in your county that AI has made a large, positive impact on my job. But I’m in a unique situation.
