Microsoft really thinking they're making Macbooks out here, even emulating their poor support, and inability to self-service and repair.
It's the most anti-consumer Windows PC on the market.

In the corporate world they're getting a lot more popular.
In the furry world they are common tablet PCs if they don't want to buy an iPad or Android tablet. Which makes sense, since having Windows on the device can make it a flexible art system on-the-go.
But they're just awful PCs.

Microsoft's warranty is an absolute nightmare to navigate, and all they do is just take your laptop, flash it, then send it back. Servicing the device yourself is difficult to impossible due to its construction. Like Macs, it's not meant to be opened up.

Snapdragon is one of the worst chipsets I've ever seen. Its incompatibility issues with so many printers and 3rd party peripherals is mindboggling, I don't understand how they came up with this thing and actually released it.
They go out of date in just a couple years and can't be serviced normally
