Literally, the email says to set up the RSA Authenticator ON THE SAME MOBILE DEVICE. Not your company computer. And yes, you're using the wrong link. cbc.comerica.com is what you navigate to on your computer and save that as a bookmark/favorite. Yeah, that token ID in the URL is for your phone.
