My students are seeing these stories & they find them compelling. Reminds me of the "benefits" language I see on my local library receipts. When we check out books the library tells us that we saved the cost of the books, including the literal dollar amount. Really makes you see Library's benefit.

Another tip for making photos easier to organize after an archival trip:
Always photograph a brightly colored piece of paper (or clothing) at the beginning and end of each folder. When you sit down to organize your photos, it will be very easy to see where folders begin and end.

Did you see this experiment my colleague Kristina conducted not just at my university but *in my department*? She and the male instructor assumed eachothers’ names for an online course: and the difference in feedback they received was horrifying.
