Well, in the Navy, I worked healthcare at a major naval hospital that had paper records, legacy system (keyboard only) and a windows-based type modern system (for the time) all for the same patient. Lab/Rx didn’t talk to new so we had to use the old. Rad was new only iirc. So I have some idea.
