i want to go back to streaming at some point, likely for fun again. just like I know there is not really much reason to. it is wasting time and if I want to play games to a small audience I can share my screen to my friends and play games as I already do all the time so what's the point lol

you can of course do it for fun and the like still. there is nothing stopping you. but if you want to *succeed*, you can't just be gambling in a 0.00001% chance the algo picks you up. you have to be a fucking s-corp or be working 17 hour days.

that is the worst part about it imo. modern content creation requires a constantly powering stream engine that needs more and more fuel and a full power structure and dedicated group of people to run you cannot just be one person anymore you have to know 7 different skills and have employees

i cannot stress this enough. if you are a small streamer you cannot just be start streaming and post your shit to social media and discord. you also have to be uploading your vods, creating shorts of highlights, creating full edits of your streams, etc. create a small business or die. welcome to it

you also have to give 110% constantly and for multiple years despite the fact you can only physically give 100%. you have to have money to get into content creation to start paying people to make edits of your videos for other platforms for example, shit like that.

there is a local place that serves a 10 patty burger and I really liked their triple patty but it feels as if to get that 10 patty is to build the tower of babel. but I still really want it. Their other burgers were perfectly done, cooked just right, even if a little pricy.
