As awful as COVID 19 was for the elderly, meetings with JD Vance are far deadlier. People literally lose the will to live after a visit with JD.

Facts don't care about your feelings. Tariffs however, can be entirely based on feelings.

My campaign has become a rudderless shambles, I keep demonstrating I'm not even remotely nimble where addressing new issues is concerned, and there's a tremendous amount of in-fighting amongst my team, but I can assure Canadians a Poilievre government will be nothing like my election campaign.

Health Experts Debunk Measles Misinformation www.forbes.com/sites/emmawo... via @forbes Reality: - vaccine "provides a high level of protection against the disease." - vaccinated don't "shed" virus - vitamin A NOT a preventative tool - VACCINE DOES NOT CAUSE AUTISM #VaccinesWork

I think it’d be a nice gesture if we all observed a moment of silence for all the F*ck Trudeau flags that died today after a long, hard-fought battle from the back of all those broke Canadians’ $75K pickup trucks.

Okay, I knew JD Vance was a douche bag, but I guess I didn't realize how much of a douche bag he is. Total monster.

American planes are crashing almost every day and the Secretary of Transportation is visiting the Daytona 500 and tweeting at Pete Buttigieg.

RFK Jr = massive & disturbing example of the power of misinformation. Another (deeply unsatisfying) "I told you so" moment. How we got here hugely complex. Many factors. But for far too long we tolerated & normalized pseudoscience & bunk.

Premier Smith defends Alberta’s COVID report, citing importance of ‘contrarian’ views www.theglobeandmail.com/canada/alber... This is textbook "bothsidesism"... Ignore evidence, leaning into spin, and using discredited sources is not "science", it is the opposite of science.

Dear Alberta Government, This...👇 "This report is anti-science and anti-evidence. It advances misinformation. It speaks against the broadest, and most diligent, international scientific collaboration and consensus in history." via @albertadoctors.bsky.social 🙏

Alberta physician listed on provincial COVID report says he doesn’t agree with findings, demands his name be removed www.theglobeandmail.com/canada/alber... "...doctors across the country rejected the document as dangerous bunk." Dr Conly says "not on Alberta’s COVID review panel..."

How problematic is the Alberta report on COVID? Very. Recommendations embrace misinformation & run counter to a vast & diverse body of evidence. Policy analysis is nonsensical & displays a lack of knowledge about law or ethics. This is science in Alberta? Dark Age 2.0.

Wow, this is a bad look. I mean Danielle was despised by a lot of people before, but this really takes it to another level.

Is it too much to ask that the President elect stop chiming in about the fires in California? I mean, it's not like he has any expertise in this area, and it's not like he is helping the situation at all.

Some great advice going into the New Year!!

Fear & rage drivers of #misinformation. Alas, too often negativity wins. Study: Large-scale analysis of long-term sentiment & content dynamics of online (mis)information www.sciencedirect.com/science/arti... In 2025, my joy & positivity? Yep, gonna be tough.

MAGA is imploding and it’s not even 2025.

Part of Dark Age 2.0 is the bizarro embrace of a twisted (read: wrong) history of COVID. Alas, many believe. COVID was unprecedented. YES, we need to study & learn & improve. Benefits / harms of intervensions further explored. But let's not twist history to support ideological agendas. Reminder👇

“…urgent need exists for increased vaccination efforts and public health initiatives to protect vulnerable populations.” wapo.st/4fzeeBy “Health experts worry that the incoming administration could impede efforts to increase vaccination rates…” #VaccineWork

Make sure everyone sees this.

Trump seemed to entertain a discredited theory on autism apnews.com/article/auti... Reality 1: "...increase in recent decades is in relatively mildly affected children and adults, so maybe in the past we wouldn’t have called it autism." Reality 2: Austism has nothing to do with vaccines.

No wonder he bowed out.

"Election was decided in no small part by voters who believed a number of false things about the candidates and the country." Yep. Lies won. Demonstrable falsehoods. Not differences of opinion. Lies. The darkness that democracy dies in is here www.niemanlab.org/2024/12/the-... @brizzyc.bsky.social

I'm really surprised that the good folks who were so upset about Confederate Statues coming down aren't more vocal about what is happening in Syria right now. Think of all these statues of Bashar al-Assad being torn down. What about preserving the history?!?!

Oh!! Donald Trump has called for an end to the war in Ukraine! Does this mean that the 24 hours starts now?!?!

I love that a number of Trump supporters think we'll see the Epstein flight logs (which some Trump allies would likely be on) when we can't even see the Gaetz ethics report. As if Trump is going to open up the Epstein file... His dear, old friend!!

It’s kind of incredible how long we’ve been forced to accept social media platforms that are openly hostile to their own users, suppress political content, and throttle third party links.

Dear Humans, Please develop critical thinking. Thanks, God

That sign should be bigger.
