Friends: engage more with friends, even those you've never talked politics with. Ask them about the issues that are important to them. Even if they don't want to talk politics, talk to them about something else. You're still doing community building.

Focus: set aside a few hours each day to work undisturbed. Go into this focus period with intention. Make a to-do list of concrete step toward a specific goal. Try to limit your goals for maximum effectiveness and so you don't spread yourself too thin.

Filter: limit your time on social media and your news consumption to a maximum of an hour a day. Do less if possible. Turn off all notifications on your phone. Do all your news reading at the same time and when time's up, consciously do something else.

This bill directly affects me. If it passes, I and millions of others, including miltary members serving abroad, will have a very difficult time registering to vote.
Do your research on the SAVE act (H.R. 22/S. 128) and contact your representatives and senators to voice your concerns. Thanks!
