I found a new-to-me #spider! Ariadna bicolor. I wasn't even aware of Segestriidae (tube weavers) before! I was originally convinced he was a Gnaphosidae, little ground running boy, but a very suspicious one. 😅 So very #smol #arachnid #nature #wildlife #tiny

An upper rib made a run for it. It has been over 24 hours of negotiations. Intermediaries attempted to manually relocate, but it has proved evasive. Intermediaries unable to determine which rib is the offending culprit. Multiple relocation tactics were employed, but none have proven successful.

I get a monthly soap delivery from Dirty Unicorn. My cat loves bubbles, and know when he smells the new delivery, there's likely to be new bubbles. He stumbled over half asleep just to check on the potential for bubbles. 🥰😅 #cats #bubbles #cute

Back in 2019, I found this handsome spider on a night hike in Ecuador and I was excited to see if anyone could help with an ID. It sat on iNat for years with no ID until it was identified as a wandering spider 3 months ago, and today a genus! May I introduce you to Chococtenus sp. #inverts
