I think it's more so a thing of people being tired and distrusting, that it'll just be thrown back into the shadows again instead of actually learning anything about them. But, hopefully someday it's figured out. Would take something big happening I would imagine.

It really is, Japanese cuisine makes me happy AF from sushi, tempura, tonkatsu (the crispy bready pork), tonkotsu (the ramen) (The brackets are for people other than us that might read this and think they're the same thing 🤣) okonomiyaki, like all of its so damn good 😂
