Reading the book definitely makes me go "Oh. So everyone just needs to go to therapy to work this out and then the world will be a better place" 😂😭 Lowkey though it makes me wish schools could somehow include emotional intelligence in their curriculum

Yep! The quote was from a section about how children usually cope in 2 different ways, and the book was describing one of the ways, and people who usually cope that way end up emotionally immature themselves
