Exactly! Unfortunately I see both scammers *and* ppl with abilities (not equating that to skill) do this. Some are just lacking guidance, mentorship, & grounded experience. And some are little more nefarious.

Absolutely. My concern is that so many ppl are vulnerable to these scammers, which isn't to shame ppl who get tricked! I want them to know it's not ok for any practitioner to do this, not ever!

It's definitely possible. I know many friends on IG had this happen to them, and it's really awful. I can see her account has recently posted relevant posts, so it's hard to say. I debated not naming the account, but there are just too many ppl likely to be tricked :(

Sam Simmons @ is psychicsa on here just tried to pull this nonsense on me. I followed her bc despite not seeing very much I'd be interested in, i respected the bio that stated "I will not reach out or ask for money". Is it a scam? Has she been hacked? Idk. But I'm not here for it.

And it's certainly not the only thing that's exploded in popularity. But it's one I'm especially curious about as a social phenomena; why does it peak when it does? Who are the players who've popularized it? What's occurring astrologically with these movements? What parallels can we examine?

What does that *mean* to u? I know it's not a new concept, but it's one that's gone viral over social media in the last 6 or so years. Whenever things expand that rapidly, a lot gets shifted in translation. So I'm curious what it actually means to ppl, how they understand it broadly/specifically.

It's a very welcome opinion and discussion in my circles! I think there's also merit to the suggestion that a lot of what ppl call/label as 'empath' traits, are moreso traits that are rooted in undigested trauma, hypervigilance, poor boundaries, and projection (simplifying to fit here).

On the verge of a migraine the last few days, which are often due to chronic mineral deficiencies associated w my med. condition, this Rock infused my blood with minerals and energy, and blasted the edges of that migraine far away 🙏🏼
