1) Terrible idea, as others will note. 2) Second argument is a sleeper that might win. I've raised 7th Am arguments in fed courts and was told, like every plaintiff in the last 35 years, "lol no." But last year in SEC v Jarkesy, GOP SCOTUS showed it will enforce 7A for just the rich and powerful.
