Slowly getting there, but now the "good" knee keeps locking so have an MRI on that next week!

I had a plan after seeing the Bristol half marathon and 10k in may this year to train up and take part in 2025 for charity, as the cardio had been going well in the gym. Dislocated my knee a month later and the other has been damaged by compensating. My running career was over before it started 🤣

Yeah I only watched it recently. I thought it was a new show then discovered it had been going 2 years with 4 seasons! Apple are awful at advertising their shows. Especially of that quality!

Yes this is a pain - even the external magic keyboard seems to just hold onto finger marks. The macbook screens also seem to just absorb fingerprints into the glass!

If the person can manage it, MFA.
If the person cannot, then password manager which can fully take the form of a notebook in a draw.

No notification, and it seems there is no way to tell on the bluesky app itself if you're on any lists. You can see on Clearsky, but it has some lag in updating

Interestingly the coop own brand premium crisps used to be made by Tyrells (or at least the potatoes - they used to say specifically they came from Tyrells farm in Herefordshire). They've now dropped the Tyrells wording (but still say Herefordshire). Might be since Tyrells were bought out.
