Apparently, after years of Charles Martinet saying Mario was the bros' last names and then Miyamoto and Iwata saying no, it wasn't in 2011/12, Miyamoto then reversed course and stated Mario's full name is Mario Mario (and Luigi Mario) at the 30th anniversary festival in 2015. So yep, Mario Mario.

Healthy eating is a privilege. “Wellness” is a privilege. Being able to go to the gym, yoga, hiking etc are all privileges. These things won’t “cure” disability, but even if they could, they’re out of reach for a huge portion of the population. Universal basic income now.
