2018 was the first year I visited the show. I figured the bike worked, figured all the bikes there ran unless it said otherwise. It was one of the most memorable bikes at that show, certainly for me. Looking forward to seeing the Himalayans 👍

What year was the concept bike at the show? It looks familiar, beautiful piece of engineering. Stunning

Now you've piqued my interest...🧐 I don't get much time to look around the show but I'll keep an eye out.

*waves at you from a little further north in Dorset* Welcome!

I always wondered where that snobbish conspiracy started. I remember seeing Jacobi on film theorizing Shakespeare wouldn't have had the education to pull it off. So sad. Thanks for sharing the info.

Perfect weather for it too 👍😎

😁 next time you see the bike parked up with this girl backing up into the cycle lane to get her shot, come say hi! 😁

Yep, Dorset-based artist. Sandbanks is my go-to location on my lunch hour 😁 I run in that area regularly too. Beautiful, isn't it?

Good god, don't they know gym etiquette?! I'd face plant on the treadmill if someone distracted me like that 😅

From my early morning walk. I sit behind a drawing board all day so I feel your pain!

They said yes initially, and then said, nope, only primary account holder. My partner phoned separately and was told same thing. Said we have to transfer account to my name after next membership payment. I can give you my membership details in pm if it helps.

I've just called the number and only the person who took out the joint membership can receive emails, so joint membership doesn't allow the other person to receive emails too.

If you have joint membership can you also receive emails? The person who took out our joint membership ignores the emails and I would've loved to enter this competition.

Jeez, you absolutely nailed the current mood.
I'm in complete admiration for your work, expressing strong emotion and thoughts in a honed down visual packed full of detail.
One day I hope to own a piece myself.

If every time you walk up to it you smile then it's perfect 👍

I would venture the BMW is more reliable than a Truimph, I had loads of them and always have breakdown recovery cover 😁

They're very different bikes? What do you think of the Beemer? I used to have the BMW K1200R, phenomenal bike but Triumphs just click with me a bit more.

They got the styling perfect didn't they? That's what I like about the Triumph Bobber compared to other brands, and like the Thruxton it's just a fun bike to blat around on or just meander, they do both.

Thruxton's are awesome 😎 I had one of the older 900, not ridden the newer 1200 but I imagine it's just superb.

It's kinda the same with Triumph, better than it used to be but never the same amount of choice. Motogirl in the UK launched a few years back and their gear is probably the best women's gear, fits great, looks fantastic and does the job protecting you in an off, we're lucky to have them.

I didn't quite believe SAD til this year, but I've really noticed now how it's affected my mood.

I was introduced to them by an engineer after struggling with regular artists' pencils constantly sharpening and breaking. Absolute game changer for me.

All six pencils work in unison to give me every option I need to create the vast range of forms, lights and shadows, textures and insane details that make up every single one of my drawings.

0.3mm HB is great for shading in smaller areas, texture and looser detail. 0.3mm 2B is essential for bold shadows in smaller spaces.

0.2mm for ultra fine detail; a seam on clothing, lace details in a shop window, lettering on a crash helmet. HB as a basis and 2B for extra depth.
