I honestly expected it would just stay a shitpost, but no, now it is coming to pass.

Intersubjectivity is hard but _zero_ sum seems like too much.
A privilege once enjoyed without consequence or fear can trivially be net harmful. And so the general welfare is improved by knocking it the fuck off.

First, yes, obviously.
Second, where are our cis women dosing E + P for the gender euphoria per se, rather than treating hypogonadism/menopause? We got trans men, trans women, cis men all openly and notoriously making endocrinology work for them.

ITPM is how I get people to try out DS9. Standalone, clearly distinguishing from TNG, if you like it you'll enjoy DS9 and if you don't... yeah, there's TNG/VOY/ENT you can have fun with those

That's not you applying for a visa. So it probably isn't an issue. Yet.
But this kind of characterisation of non ASAB gender as a *material misrepresentation* is logic that would justify revoking all our passports tomorrow.

the struggle is real. and, well, after you type it enough times you kinda gotta at least think about actioning it :/

The washouts have to go somewhere, and Elle would surely appreciate the ... work product.

MoUitM, lol.
Also you've surely read, or at least seen this? Do I like it? No. Should they use a hash function implicitly like a block cipher? No. But it's not _horribly_ broken.

Much simpler to threaten to turn a couple jupiter masses into a server farm of simulated shrimp torture; some of the utilitarians will sacrifice themselves.

"the issue to which the false statement is material need not be the main issue ... And it need not bear directly upon the issue but may merely augment or diminish the evidence upon some point"
Plus needing original birth certs _if_ there's inconsistency means any statement is likely material.

Somewhat surprised that "materiality" isn't showing up more. Read as it is in the context of, say, S1001, that's an incredibly expansive standard that will catch almost everyone.

Wheee did she at least change her plan at all after being off by a unit conversion, or were the numbers just faff to avoid saying "I'm busy go away"?

there’s an tikkun olam aspect to the legendarium that i wish was written about more,
You are not required to finish your work, yet neither are you permitted to desist from it, also the work is ultimately doomed (short of divine grace)

The thing which struck me most in the legendarium is the recontextualization of the WotR. It's a sixty year cold war and a two-year violent coda in an appendix to a struggle going on since the Trees.
Almost everything is already lost. It's almost meaningless. It matters anyway.

Gorsuch has _expansive views_ on the 4A.
And it's not obviously wrong that if you mandate platforms report to NCMEC the report is more state action flavoured than if they voluntarily disclose.

These people are deeply confused by, inter alia, the Gospels, the rest of the New Testament, the entire New Covenant, the notion that they could ever be on the hobnailed side of a boot, and more broadly the tenets required for a productive economy after the Renaissance.
