It's easy to say this on a platform that probably won't last another year...

Yes, a refresher is useful, despite the PTSD-like flashbacks I'm getting any time anyone mentions COVID.

Thanks for the sources!
It became obvious fairly early in the pandemic that the only reliable measure of its Impact was excess deaths. I don't remember anything about those that goes against what I'm saying here.

Covid deaths were exaggerated, due to kickbacks for adding covid as a cause of death and to fuel the fear, this is known. Most people had had the chance to get full vaccination by the time of omicron, too. Vaccine hesitancy wasn't a major cause of death, except rarely and by choice, as it should be.

I'm also for a ban, the poor animals have rights, right?

The mass vaccinations pushed for selection of the mutated variants in the vaccinated population.
Vaccine iterations were slow and always a few months after a new variant was already rampant.
Most people had a level of naturally acquired immunity post infection after the omicron variant spread.

So sweet of my old mom to hire a gigolo so that she can talk about me! I guess you weren't much use for anything else...

Yes, please. I want to read about some actual arrests now that the cabinet was approved as wanted.

Crime is defined by laws, and is therefore objective, even if the reasons for making those laws aren't.
What you're describing is morals, and yes, they're entirely subjective.

So you're saying you're a prostitute? Prostitution will be one of the first old professions to fall victim to AI, so not impossible. You didn't think you'd make a living off octagenarians forever, did you?

Look at the actions and policies, not at superficial gestures.
Suppression of free speech with the help of the secret services, use of lawfare against political opponents, manipulation of public opinion through buying media, erosion of education by radicalizing the youth - not the guys in your pic.

We should just ignore it, like we should have done the first time, and we'll be better off.

I can see that you're insanely popular. You've got like 7 likes. Too bad Trans Twitter doesn't offer monetization.

It was a waste because it would never have found anything (even if the code was competently written, which I sincerely doubt).
Think of the amount of energy we've wasted here, with nothing to show for...

You could try to get AI to translate them to stupid for you, so you wouldn't be embarrassed for not understanding.

Fascists couldn't stand free speech, so they left X to hide on their little platform BlockSky, where they can talk about punching girls and mutilating kids in secrecy, like fascists do.

Works? At the rates AI is evolving, present tense is meaningless.

The Babylon bee is a well known satirical website, what are you talking about? Are you suggesting that people on BS are incapable of deciding on their own whom they want to follow? Why should anyone listen to you?

Not the biggest fan of crypto, although I do appreciate an alternative currency to those controlled by corrupt governments. As to AI, you're missing the mark completely. It is both transformative and inevitable.

Besides, your analogy with causing car crashes is wrong, it's only a rumor about crashes. So it will only make people more careful about safety without any actual harm.
comment in response to
post
Of course car crashes would lead to increased safety!
People don't lose trust in the purpose of elections, only in the way they are conducted, so they want guarantees that there will be no cheating. That can only strengthen democracy.

I completely agree. What I don't understand is people who arbitrarily draw a line at some random piece of software (here, Copilot) but demand to use another one (here, Word). You take the good with the bad. If you don't want to reject the monopoly of MS on corporate software, don't expect compassion
