Personally I go for a little on the titties and shorter/shaved on the stomach/abs, I find it makes my boobs look bigger and is less itchy.

The big boxes (of boxes of cookies) are called “cases” (my 3 sisters and mom are lifetime girl scouts so my childhood involved a LOT of cookie selling. I even worked at the local depot where they unload the pallets of cases and distribute to the troops for a bunch of my hs community service hrs lol)

I started doing it for its supposed testosterone boost, and it’s just not worth whatever paltry change you may or may not get. I had to take a week off work and lay in bed miserable, lucky I wasn’t hospitalized, and that was a small OD. Just don’t.

As someone who did zinc supplements for a while: NO. There are these rumors that it makes you c*m more or whatever (it really doesn’t). It IS however pretty easy to OD on (cuz it’s in everything and you can’t actually handle much) which is extremely not fun and can be very damaging to your health

Try adding one or 2 heavy, low rep top sets for bench, then backing back down to the real working sets. It helped me progress a little, but then I tore my shoulder (unrelated) so…
