treasure hunting at the local joann fabrics as they are doing the liquidation thing, and found this... thing. just... it is magnificent in its horribleness, an abomination beyond abominations. Also no, i did not buy the horrible skeleton sewing machine decoration, cat food and tp first, then toys.

I have suddenly been reminded that somewhere in the box of 90s clothes i promised people i'd never wear again is a purple faux snakeskin jacket and matching pants. i kinda wish i could still fit them now. god i miss being able to dress like i had more confidence than i actually did.

so, the little hand gesture people are doing now and calling the "korean heart"... its the exact same hand sign we used to get sent to the principal's office for 30 years ago. The hand to the elbow was another, and then the various forms of thumbing your nose especially the waggling fingers one...

These #Pittsburgh sunrises lately...my goodness. They just don't stop. This morning's was even better than yesterday's, with the sky on FIRE just before the sun came up. The West End Bridge was the perfect place to capture it from as well.

Finally found some stuff I haven't seen for around a decade+ and was afraid was lost while moving. Used to have a massive collection of figures all over my monitor top, only thing that can fit on top monitors they make now is dust. More old stuff brought over to post, the model of Destiny Island from Kingdom Hearts I built several years ago. Its very hard to see but the cave with the door is there too inside the hill, the passage behind the waterfall leads to it just like in game. Made of Sculpey and painted with acrylics.

Posting a few things from other places slowly. This was part of a thing I did manually resizing one of my favorite comic coverarts of Gambit into poster-size for my wall, then redrew and painted onto a shirt for wearing to the local comicon. (May Larroca forgive me my sins against his lovely art.)
