I, myself, am not on Meta but I’m also conflicted about that. I don’t want to support Zuck but at the same time, I do wonder if Im burying my head in the sand by not seeing what’s going on & offering a different perspective. There’s no easy answers with this mess.

What makes Threads problematic imo is that you can’t have an account w/out having Instagram. So it naturally helps to inflate Zuck’s Instagram metrics. I’d consider Threads if not for that reason.

It's so hard. Non-smokers don't get it. The only encouragement I can offer is to keep trying. It took me 5 attempts before I was successful. Just the fact that you care enough to try is a big step in the right direction. Good luck!
