I first saw it on stage in 2019 or early 2020. I don't know if that counts for your question, but it absolutely hit. Ugly crying in the theater. Although I've also skipped on most of the bad-guy-good movies of the last decade so maybe I'm not actually adding anything to this discussion ðŸ˜

Super Mario 3D Land is fantastic, A Link Between Worlds for sure. Animal Crossing New Leaf was my favorite in the series but I'm happy with them just doing a new thing every few years. Kid Icarus with a real controller for sure.
The N64 Zelda remakes on 3DS were great but dunno if that counts.
