Congratulations to Judge Susan Crawford on her victory, and to the people of Wisconsin for electing a judge who believes in the rule of law and protecting our freedoms.

The National World War Two Museum and the Gary Sinise Foundation celebrate the trailblazing women who worked in the American defense industry in the 1940s, and preserve their stories for future generations.

For the first week of Ramadan, Palestinians in Gaza marked the holy month with a respite from war. Then Israel broke a ceasefire with Hamas. The fighting and blockade mean there's little to celebrate.

Some comic relief from one of my fav actresses..

And your daily reminder that @schumer.senate.gov needs to step down from leadership (and the senate?) and make way for those that want to fight.

President Trump’s disdain for protecting European allies gives Russia a fresh opportunity to extend its influence further into Europe. And experts say Vladimir Putin has made clear that his interests do not stop at Ukraine.

Campaign finance laws are fundamentally broken Musk poured $15M into WI’s Supreme Court race; one out-of-state billionaire is responsible for 20% of funds raised This election is now Musk & his millions vs everyday Wisconsinites @adavnoti.bsky.social explains open.substack.com/pub/contrari...

These motherfuckers are going to kill children. I've been saying it for a year, but RFK Jr might as well be a serial murderer. Watch: they'll start vaccine *bans* within a year. www.nytimes.com/2025/03/27/h...

We should all be terrified to live in an America where legal residents can be detained, held at gunpoint, or deported because of the color of their skin or because the President disagrees with their views.

People are taking things into their own hands

"In a town with just over 1,000 residents, hundreds of people packed Belmont's Community Building Saturday for a town hall hosted by Democratic Rep. Mark Pocan. The building was filled to capacity with people even waiting outside and peeking through the windows..." www.wkow.com/news/politic...

Thank you, Prime Minister Trudeau. For your hard work, for your leadership, and for your great service to our country.

“What’s transpired over the last three or four days just takes it to a whole new level of cruelty and inhumanity and, frankly, a whole new level of stupidity in doing this is the most non-strategic way.” Tens of thousands of people will die as a result of this action. www.salon.com/2025/02/28/a...

Scary

We’re focused on feeding our kids. Investing in our schools. Making sure child care is affordable. Regardless of the chaos unfolding in Washington, we’re making Minnesota the best state for kids to grow up.

Umm, did he say an “Unforced Error”?! 30,000 beds for undocumented folks. Echoes of 1940s internment camps for Japanese Americans…. Germany’s umm, facility during the 1930s…

Exactly! Dems are so reactive it’s not even funny!

I mean, CLEARLY, this is unconstitutional. This is beginning to look like the 1930s in Germany.

A federal court has declared that warrantless searches of US person’s communications collected for national security purposes is unconstitutional. Now it’s our job to make sure Congress knows that when they renew this law in a little over a year.

WOW. Erasure of transparency of government is in full effect.
