It would be nice, yeah. With SPIR-V the hope is that, maybe, someone can do better than HLSL or GLSL and compile it to SPIR-V nicely.

Yeah, that's the argument for loop types. I figure that it might be worth it for "switch", though, but most people don't love switches.

Might go with `%.z^s, where `^` is just the unsigned version of `*`. Seems... aesthetically pleasing enough.
This wouldn't be a problem if `u` was a modifier rather than its own concrete specifier, but we sort of screwed that up badly.
