It was such a treat to watch a double feature of 1991: The Year Punk Broke and Hype! last night on 16mm. Wow. Had never seen TYPB all the way through and it had been a million years since I saw Hype! Sonic Youth is a treasure of American music. We are lucky to have had them for as long as we did.
