I'm so frustrated and I'm not sure if it's at the mo ies themselves, or my own film-illiteracy

Same! Suki is 14 but is also still a puppy and can jump like a kangaroo

I lasted about the same telephone cold calling for a upvc window company. The guy doing the induction told us that old people are lonely & want someone to talk to, so are more likely to agree to sales people coming to their home. Despicable, grasping little bastard.

I was blown away by it, one of those films you wish you could wipe from your memory to watch first time again!

It's the Midwich Cuckoos turning to look at the camera that bother me...

I have a set of The Royle Family fridge magnets and every UK release of Ghostwatch. For romance or swaps. No time wasters.

I've got a cold (and I'm a total child about it) but Brody has made me smile. Please reward this good deed with treats.

I think PIFs scared me more than anything. Followed by the test card girl and her devil clown from hell.

Which ends in me doing the same 😭

Yes! I'm glad I'm not alone in this, Claire Danes crying is heartbreaking

Genuinely thought that was a half of Harvey's Bristol Cream for a moment. I've knocked myself sick 🤢😆

P.O.V: A Cursed Film, Shirome, Cult and Banned from Broadcast: The Movie - Saiko the Large Family are some of my favourite J-found footage. And whoever said Afflicted, I second that!

Thus I must watch this.

Ahhhhh, thank you. Sod it, I'm not deleting again. Took me longer to post than it did to click the link and book!

I thought exactly the same. Perhaps my lowered expectations will mean I enjoy the second one more than the first!

I watched the lot in one day 😍

I love December too. The glitter, the lights in the darkness. And you can be nice to people without them thinking you’re odd. As it’s acceptable in December 🤩

Right? I can forgive found footage horror a LOT though, so I'm sure I'll get past it! Glad to hear that it's good, I haven't really seen anyone else talking about it. I'm going to rewatch Mexican horror KM31 again too. Liked it first time round but that was 15 years ago so...

Ah, sorry, missed it when scrolling as was looking for the pictures. Just like how I read books. I loved the Satan's Slaves movies, I need more of that stuff. Thanks!

I've had 1974: La Posesión de Altair on dvd for about a year but I'm a weirdo and am less likely to watch films that I want to love, than ones I don't give a shit about.

I like to garnish mine with a little "plus".
