I threw my back out yesterday doing squats. I love that life at 40+ is a neverending cycle of doing something for your health that ultimately injures you, just so you can hurt yourself all over again while rehabbing said injury. Stay young, kids. Stay young.

Just left the doctor's office with my mom. She has breast cancer, but she has a great prognosis (🤞🙏🤞🙏🤞🙏) thanks to early detection from a routine mammogram. We have no family history and she had no symptoms (to my knowledge). Ladies - get yourself checked annually!!! It's so important.
