Water damage got so bad now my floor and 2 foot up. The wall has to be replaced. Job was going against HIPAA, I complained, got fired. Called city to have water turned back on. They refused because water leak. So here I sit no water. No clean clothes. No money. And I’m supposed to continue to hope.

Insurance company said not our problem. We won’t cover it. Had water turned off. Made arrangements three separate times to have hot water heater replaced before more damage happened. Three times I have been cut from the program.
