Adam Driver is *perfect* in The Dead Don’t Die. Offbeat comedy-ish zombie movie.

I was 17 at the time, pretty glued to the news, and either I missed this or memory-holed it. Either one is a mercy.

It was muggy and then it was rainy, but there were lots of people here who decided to take a walk in the same direction, too.
(There was also a guy in full plate and I could hear the rain plinking on his armor. It was great.)

I was so bummed by the end of TLD last year. this, though? this is exactly what I need — more Star Trek that dares to be hopeful

I’ll check it out next time I’m there! My partner and I were there recently and saw the Frida Kahlo exhibit — did you have a chance to see that? It included really breathtaking pieces and was a great presentation of her life and work. Doing the audio tour was worthwhile.

Having time to reflect back on both 4 and 5, something I appreciate about 4 is its action economy. Move/minor/standard felt like a setup with less waste, and someone (I can't remember who) from the WotC team has always considered the bonus actions in 5 to need "fixing."

Agreed. Her issues have been known for a long while and fans have had plenty of time to grieve, get over it, and find another fandom. To continue to support her shitty influence is an active, conscious choice

That is literally just a full-sized SUV now. Give me a *smaller* vehicle with some utility and storage — old Ford Rangers, old Cherokees (not Grand), old Outbacks.

One of the things I love about Lower Decks is that even as it critiques the Federation and Starfleet, the characters uphold what these organizations stand for and defend them. Between Mariner and Boimler, this is pretty well covered

Cool! There’s a young one living by our house. I caught it standing awkwardly in our driveway once while pulling in and I was baffled, thinking at first it was a weird penguin and how could it have gotten there. 😆 They look a lot more graceful perching or flying!
