I’ve always been fond of the Christmas hat, but I think the last hat has been the definite Nardole hat in my brain when I remember him. Reminds me about Nardole finally having a little peace when he has said goodbye The Doctor - but I think for a challenge blue is more his colour 😊

Concrete nowadays has a 60-120 year design life. Concrete can be long lasting, hasn’t been achieved since. With the wasteful way we replace buildings, we’ll have a waste crisis. Again, new timber products stand up against fire. Safe design is required & achievable. Regrows and sequesters carbon too.

That’s a band aid. We’re going run out of a lot non-renewable materials that way and end up with a waste crisis when these buildings expire their design lives. It is also a misconception that the timber burns through. There is difference between mass timber burning and traditional wood construction.
